As of yesterday, there are new COVID-19 and immunization activity status features in MyChart. Test results and vaccinations given outside of HM will be available in MyChart. Patients can download a PDF with their vaccination information now on a desktop or laptop. Note: This update will be available on the MyChart mobile app (version 9.7 or higher) available in app stores in late May.
The Care Everywhere icon (circled in red below) indicates the patient received their test and/or vaccine at a non-HM facility.
