Call the IT Help Desk at 832.667.5600 and press 1.

Follow the prompts to receive a link via text to your phone.
- We’ll never spam you. We’ll use your phone number to send you a code to reset your password.

Click the link in the text and enter your new password.
Password Requirements – Minimum of 15 Characters
For security standards, your password must not include any part of your name or HM username and must include three of the following:

At least one uppercase letter.

At least one lowercase letter.

At least one number (0 – 9).

At least one special character ($, !, @, #, etc.)
