Incident Requests and Service Requests
Anyone can request IT support by submitting an Incident Request or Service Request at itsupport.houstonmethodist.org.
Incident Requests: Unplanned interruptions or errors, e.g., something’s broken or isn’t working properly, can’t log in an application.
Service Requests: Planned maintenance or changes, e.g., requesting enhancements to existing applications.
