Before you begin working from home, make sure you have Citrix Receiver installed.
To check your HM laptop:

Click the Start menu (bottom left of your screen).

If you see this image, it’s installed.

If it’s not installed, contact the IT Help Desk to install it.
For personal computers (this can be done remotely):

Install Citrix Receiver by clicking the appropriate link below.

PC: Citrix Receiver for PC

Mac: Citrix Receiver for Mac

To enable Citrix, reboot your personal computer after installing the program.
