If you typically join a WebEx meeting by manually entering the meeting number on the website, WebEx began automatically adding a required password on Feb. 28. Passwords protect against unauthorized attendance and strengthen security for your meetings.
Exceptions to this new password process:
- Click the WebEx link.
- Call in by phone.
- Join a personal room meeting.
- Join a meeting scheduled before Feb. 28.
