On Tuesday, March 3, Outlook will get a new Phish Alert button within the tool bar. The new button offers an easy way for you to forward suspicious emails to spamspotting@houstonmethodist.org with just the click of a button.
This is another way we are trying to keep HM and our patients’ data safe. If you suspect your email could be a threat, simply click the Phish Alert button. This automatically deletes the email and sends it directly to our IT security team. You’ll also receive an alert confirming receipt of your suspicious email.
