For Patient Registration and Scheduling Staff
Houston Methodist entered into a Letter of Agreement with Entrust (a TPA focused on small employer groups) for hospital participation in 2017. 90 Degree Benefits and its partner TPAs acquired Entrust.
During the transition, patient’s accessing our agreement will be under the name Entrust or 90 Degree Benefits, and their ID cards will have an M. These patients receive 100 percent covered care at HM.
In Epic, you will see Entrust / 90 Degree Benefits Coverage M (20001302). It’s set up as a PPO with contract rates, but you’ll need to enter the claims address at registration. If the address area is grayed out, delete the plan and add it again.
