Directors and managers can customize their own MARS homepages. Until now, your homepage defaulted to the Manager Self Service page, and you had to navigate to Employee Self Service, Finance & SCM or MARS Reporting to access any items there.
In just a few short steps, you can create your own personalized homepage that includes any MARS apps you want. You also can customize any of the other pages. Here’s how.
