In 2019, HM continued to build on Epic to expand our offerings and support exceptional patient care. We’ve accomplished several banner achievements this year, with a focus on safety for our patients and ease for our clinicians.
The Gold Stars program rates adoption of Epic tools and functionality and HM maintained a level 8 designation from Epic Corp. Only 12 percent of all Epic customers receive a level 8 or above. Additionally, our Physician Organization clinics achieved the prestigious Outpatient HIMMS Stage 7 designation, recognizing them with the highest possible technology adoption recognition.
MyChart − This convenient self-service tool gives patients secure access to their health records and care team through a computer, tablet or smart phone.
