If you’re away from work and can’t remember your password, or it’s expired, there’s no need to call the Help Desk. Simply visit apps.houstonmethodist.org and click the Forgot Password link at the bottom.
Note: Be sure to follow your department guidelines for accessing the network away from work.
Before this will work for you, do the following (you must be on the Houston Methodist network):
- Visit : https://enroll.houstonmethodist.org/.
- Answer the security questions.
- Input a mobile phone number (this number will only be used to send you a code to reset your password).
