If you’re away from work and can’t remember your password, or it’s expired, there’s no need to call the Help Desk. Simply visit apps.houstonmethodist.org and click the Forgot Password link at the bottom.
Note: Be sure to follow your department guidelines for accessing the network away from work.
Before this will work for you, do the following:
- Ensure you’ve listed your mobile phone number in MARS (click Personal Details tile, then click Contact Details). This lets you receive a text with a security code to reset your password.
- Answer the security questions here: https://enroll.houstonmethodist.org/SecureAuth3/.
