As a leader, part of your role is to assist your individual team members through the transition. People react differently to change – some embrace it immediately, while others may take longer to adapt.
Proactively anticipate and identify individuals who will need extra support, so that you can address their needs quickly.

Listen carefully to your team. Often employees just want to be heard. Allow time during meetings for employees to voice concerns. Address their concerns immediately to dispel rumors or inaccurate information. Active listening allows you to identify misunderstandings employees may have about Epic.
