Are You Responsible for Submitting Incident Reports?
When an incident occurs, IT staff responsible for the system or application must submit a formal Incident Report.
IT has a new system for filing these incident reports, BC in the Cloud, which replaces the DTapps web page.
Use the link below to access BC in the Cloud and use your HM network username and password to enter.

To Create a New Incident Report
From the Incident – RCA’s drop down menu, select New IT Incident.
